Registration for the HEB BAYOU CITY CLASSIC 10K makes you eligible to participate in the HEB 2006 Texas 10K Challenge.  Run for fun, awards or simply bragging rights and receive a commemorative participation award.  It’s an opportunity to see Texas in your sneakers and enjoy some races around the State. 

Participants must finish ALL designated Challenge events within calendar year 2006 in order to receive a commemorative participation award. 

The Texas 10K Challenge begins with the HEB BAYOU CITY CLASSIC 10K and all participants must be official finishers of this first event to be eligible for the Challenge. Your name must be listed in the results of each Challenge race and must be entered in the competitive division of each event.   This means that if a chip is offered as an option at an event, you must elect to wear the chip to be in the official results. 

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to send the results and website link for all races to Pamela Willmon HERE or mail to 14726 Perthshire - Unit A,  Houston, TX 77079 to be entered into the challenge.
